How to change time settings on the platform?
The time on our platform is synchronized with the time zone of the device you are using to log in. In other words, flilia takes the time from the settings of your computer, phone or tablet.
The following may be the reasons for problems with time indication:
- The wrong time zone is selected on your device;
- The operating system is not updated on your device;
- The wrong time is set on your device and synchronization is disabled.
To fix this, do the following:
- If possible, update the system on your device to the current version. Select the correct time zone and synchronize the time in the device settings.
- If there is no possibility to update the system, specify the appropriate time zone in the settings. For example, for users from Astana, you can select (UTC+05:00) Astana. If this does not solve the problem, you should check your device with an antivirus.
