It won't be possible to restore the profile, it was deleted too long ago. Support agents don't have such magic either.

• 6 months have not passed

You can restore a deleted profile by logging into your account again. Just enter your login and password for the account and restore it.

• It hasn't been 6 months, but you don't remember your account details
