Often password problems are related to the wrong keyboard layout. Try entering the password by switching the language layout, even if you are sure that you entered it in another one.

If your account has a valid email address linked to it, you can resstore access using this link.

You log into your flilia profile from your computer automatically

This means that the browser has saved your password. Try to find it using the instructions:

• Chrome: In Chrome, open "Settings" and then click "Passwords" in the "Autofill" section;
• Opera: In Opera, find the "Security" item in the "Advanced" subsection in "Settings". Scroll down to the "Passwords and Forms" block and you will find the treasured "Passwords" section;
• Yandex Browser: In Yandex Browser, simply open the browser's main menu and then click "Password Manager";
• Firefox: In Firefox, open the menu, select "Settings", then the "Privacy and Security" section, then click the "Saved Logins" button, and then "Show Passwords";
• Safari: In the standard Safari browser for Mac OS, saved passwords can be found on the tab of the same name in the "Settings" section;
• Edge: With Microsoft Edge, everything is a little more complicated. You will have to go to the "Control Panel", open "User Accounts", and then find the item "Manage Internet credentials". Inside you will find the Edge password manager;
• iOS: On iOS devices, passwords can be saved in the "Keychain". If necessary, they can be found in "Settings" by opening the "Passwords and accounts" menu, and then clicking on the "Website and software passwords" button;
• Android: In the Android system, passwords can be viewed in the same Chrome.
