Use a strong password
A password that contains numbers, symbols, and mixed-case letters is much harder to crack or guess than, for example, a password that only contains lowercase letters. Avoid using simple passwords, such as the word "password" in a different layout, or a sequence of keyboard keys, or passwords that are personal to you.
How to create a strong password:
- Passphrases: Use phrases rather than single words (e.g. "ILo1veReAD1ingBo!#ks!");
- Length: Password must be at least 8 characters;
- Diversity: Use letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9) and special characters (!@#$%^&*);
- Regular Change: Change your passwords, especially for important accounts.
Check that your data is up to date
Make sure your account has a current phone number and postal address. Never share codes you receive via SMS or other means with anyone.
If you do not see a letter from flilia asking you to confirm your email when changing your email address, check all folders in your mailbox (including Spam and Social Networks). Also make sure that the address noreply@flilia.com or noreply@email.flilia.com is not blocked by a spam filter.
Avoid third-party services that extend flilia's capabilities
Do not install “helper” programs to download anything or to change the appearance of flilia. Attackers use them to spread viruses, and then easily hack accounts. Do not use services to boost subscribers, likes or anything else.
Do not follow any suspicious links or enter login details anywhere on your flilia profile
"Guests", "View hidden information", etc. - all such sites are created by intruders who want to write off money from your account or gain access to your profile. Be vigilant.
Keep your computer and mobile devices secure
Be sure to install an antivirus and scan your computer and Android devices regularly.
